Reasons for Failure

One of their pivots aimed to show conference attendees ahead of time to increase ticket sales. This approach failed because 80% of tickets were bought 2 weeks before a conference, so if a potential attendee checked before then it looked like no one was going.

Could not find product-market fit. Conference organizers saw the product as a nice-to-have instead of a need.

Tried to build a sales effort at a time when the product was weak.
